This is the best building I have lived in. They communicate with their residents in great detail. Maintenance is very quick and professional. The office staff are always there and helpful if you need anything. I highly recommend this apartment building.

I lived here back in 2013 and I moved to another state, I am coming back to Houston and 2125 Yale was first on my list. The team is amazing and I love the new rennovations!

I have done a lot of events with this property as from food catering to gift wrapping event. The team is really nice Stephanie, Brianna, and Cierra are great resources when planning Events. The resident are nice and Simpson pays really fast which is nice for a small family business.
