Geologist I like the place, staff is very nice. The recent water bill change let me a little bitter but we will see.

I recently moved out of the complex after living here for a couple of years. I can't say enough about the property management team here, which was always responsive, flexible and kept the building in pristine condition. The unit and amenity renovations done at site recently look amazing. Definitely would recommend living here!

Just chatted with Brianna who was super helpful with the options available at 2125 Yale apartments. They are nearly full (which is a great sign) but also she gave me options to consider in future leases that may come available. Even share some helpful tips of the area. I LOVE 2125 YALE! I was a resident for 6 years and absolutely loved it! I have nothing but great things to say and would highly recommend 2125 Yale to anyone! Maintenance staff and leasing office staff are amazing and very helpful. Property is always clean and always well kept!

I was ready to sign another lease and then my neighbor on the side and above really became such a great issue . This happened at the right moment . I Will say that this is the First time I received my deposit $1,602 back . I always pay cash for everything, so I don’t need to have credit . Hence the big security deposit. I always tell them (Apts mngmnt) That I can pay you one year upfront, but they won’t take it because their systems can’t do that. I find bizarre. That’s what they say.. it’s a very nice property except I would not get the apartments on the corners above trash room. And if there’s ever gonna be really bad weather park your car on the second floor, the basement does flood.. and as usual crime is everywhere but it’s actually less here. I never had issues parking my vehicle on the street but stuff was always taken out of the back of my truck and that’s a given in Houston..
