We offer 4-18 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.
Resident will receive one free parking space per apartment. Additional parking spaces can be purchased at $75/month. The max clearance of the parking garage is 6’9".
District at Biltmore has electric vehicle charging stations located in the parking garage for resident use. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.
Proof of current income is required. We use advanced software to screen all financial documents for validity. The following may be used for proof of income: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
