The REACT survey officially closed yesterday so we wanted to take a moment to thank all our residents who participated, making the first year of the online survey an amazing success.
What is the REACT survey?
Each year, Simpson Property Group participates in The REACT Customer Service Survey (we refer to it as the REACT resident survey) to gather feedback from our residents. The survey is completely confidential and is conducted by the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm, CEL & Associates, Inc.
Ok, but why is it a big deal?
This year, we took the survey entirely online and received outstanding response rates. We are grateful for each and every resident who took the time to fill out the survey. Plus, Simpson upped its game this year by offering a national drawing with prizes that include 3 months free rent, 2 months free rent, 1 month free rent, ½ month free rent and up to $1,000 rent credit!*
When will the winners be announced?
REACT just concluded and CEL & Associates, Inc. has yet to draw the winners. Once winners are drawn, Simpson will contact each winner before making an official announcement. Be sure to check back here for the announcement!
