Simpson Housing Communities Win 2024 Ellis Customer Experience Best in Class Award

We are thrilled to announce that seven of our Simpson Housing communities have been recognized with the prestigious 2024 Ellis Customer Experience Best in Class Award! This honor, presented annually by Grace Hill, celebrates the top 10% of properties nationwide that excel in providing outstanding resident experiences.

 

To be eligible for this award, communities must participate in the Ellis Resident Survey Program for at least nine months and achieve high scores in lead conversion, move-in experience, maintenance, pre-renewal, and move-out processes. Our winning communities demonstrated excellence in resident satisfaction, with industry-leading loyalty scores and response rates.

According to Grace Hill, award-winning communities achieved an average 93% loyalty score and responded to resident surveys 95% of the time, far exceeding industry benchmarks. Additionally, these communities maintained an 11% higher likelihood of resident lease renewal and responded to residents within an average of 5.26 days—more than 1.5 days faster than other communities. Simpson communities utilize the five surveys to regularly check in with residents to collect feedback that helps us enhance our communities and customer service. The five touch points in which we survey residents are at lead conversion, move-in, pre-renewal, move-out and when a resident submits a maintenance request.
