This year’s REACT survey was a great success! The survey officially closes tomorrow, and we wanted to take a moment to send our sincere appreciation to all our residents.

What is the REACT survey? 

This confidential survey is conducted by the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm, CEL & Associates, Inc. and was coined ‘REACT’ by Simpson. Our goal is not only to gather feedback from our residents, but to learn what we are doing well but, perhaps more importantly, where we can improve. 

As a token of our appreciation for providing feedback, Simpson will be holding a drawing for the residents who choose to enter after completing their survey. This year, we will be giving away up to 1-month free rent* to the lucky grand prize winner! 

When will the winners be announced? 

REACT just concluded but CEL & Associates, Inc. will draw names of the winners soon. Once winners are drawn, Simpson will contact each winner before making an official announcement. Be sure to check back here to see who our winners are!

We recognize there are many apartment home choices available, and we are honored our residents have chosen a Simpson community as the place they call home. We strive to not only achieve, but exceed our resident’s expectations and the REACT survey is a great way to determine whether we are meeting that goal. 

20+ years of Excellence in Customer Service 

Keeping that goal in our sights resulted in 2023 being the 21st year in a row Simpson received the A-List Award for Excellence in Customer Service! Also in 2023, 20 of our communities were awarded the Platinum A-List Award and thirty-six communities were awarded the A-List Award. Find out more here. 

We couldn’t achieve these accolades without our residents’ participation in the REACT survey, and we truly appreciate the time it takes to provide feedback. We look forward to reviewing all the 2024 responses! 

*Employees of CEL & Associates, Inc. and of Simpson Housing LLLP are not eligible to participate in the drawing. Free rent is only applicable to the actual monthly rent and does not apply to additional monthly charges (pet rent, etc.). Winners must maintain residency and be in good standing to receive prizes. Simpson Housing has the right to forfeit entries if a change in management occurs during the survey period.
