The REACT survey is a confidential feedback tool conducted by CEL & Associates, Inc., a nationally recognized real estate consulting firm. “REACT” was coined by Simpson to reflect our commitment to the resident experience.
The goal of the survey is to better understand what we’re doing well—and, more importantly, where we can improve. Your honest feedback directly helps us enhance the living experience across all Simpson communities. Every apartment home receives one unique survey link sent to the primary resident’s email on file. Responses are completely confidential and play a crucial role in how we enhance our residents' living experience.

As a thank-you for your time, all participating residents who opted in were entered into a drawing for up to 1-month free rent PLUS a $500 gift card!* A lucky winner will soon be selected at random.
When Will Winners Be Announced?
Now that the survey is concluding, CEL & Associates, Inc. will begin drawing names of the prize winners. Once those names are shared, Simpson will contact the winners individually before making any official announcements. Stay tuned and check back here to find out who won!

Free rent is only applicable to the actual monthly rent and does not apply to additional monthly charges (pet rent, etc.). Winners must maintain residency and be in good standing to receive prizes.
