For the 20th consecutive year, Simpson Housing received the “A List” Award for Excellence in Customer Service! We are humbled to be recognized with this achievement over the course of 20 years as it stems from resident feedback provided on our yearly REACT survey.

What is the CEL A List Award?
CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL) is an independent consulting firm that benchmarks property management firms’ level of customer service. The A List Award is given to those who are named best in the industry for maintaining the highest level of customer service and meet or exceed the award criteria. Simpson is honored to be among those named for 2022.
To create the benchmark, CEL surveys residents and ranks the property management firms from tabulated results of those resident surveys. This is the previously mentioned REACT survey; CEL distributed 18,987 surveys to our residents and used the 9,679 responses to determine our scores below. The 2022 survey resulted in our highest response rate ever of 51.0%!
- Overall Satisfaction Score: 85.2 (Outstanding)
- Property Satisfaction Score: 82.6 (Very Good)
- Service Satisfaction Score: 86.9 (Outstanding).
The communities are also recognized for outstanding scores. Out of the 66 communities that participated, 8 achieved the Platinum A List award level and 43 communities achieved the A List award level! Below is the full list of our communities who were awarded.
The REACT survey helps identify what we’re doing well and where we can improve. We truly appreciate the time it takes for our residents to fill out this important survey as we strive to meet (and exceed) our residents’ expectations.
