Holiday Coloring Contest 2022

We are excited to announce the details of this year’s Holiday Coloring Contest!


Each year, Simpson holds a Holiday Coloring Contest for our younger residents. It’s a joy to see the children living at our communities get into the holiday spirit, and to see the excitement they have when submitting their entries. Check out the information below to see how you can take part in this year’s contest!



  • Children 11 years old or younger who live at a Simpson Housing community can participate.
  • Three winners will be selected:
    • First place prize is a $300 gift card
    • Second place prize is a $200 gift card
    • Third place prize is a $100 gift card
  • Should have a wintery theme, so think holidays in December. We’ve included a list of ideas to get you started below.
  • The winning drawing will be showcased on Simpson’s holiday card that is distributed to our employees all over the country.



  • The coloring contests sheet can be picked up at your community’s leasing office beginning TODAY (September 23)!
  • All artwork submissions must be given back to your community’s leasing office by Friday, October 28.
    • You can also mail your entry to Simpson Housing, Attn: Genesis Nixon, 900 Ashwood Pkwy, Suite 260 Atlanta, GA 30338



  • Your favorite holiday movie and characters
  • A snowy day in the mountains
  • A family singing holiday carols
  • Opening holiday gifts
  • Ice skating on a frozen lake
  • Santa’s sleigh with reindeer
  • Holiday decorations
  • A gingerbread house
  • Your favorite winter holiday tradition
