❄️ The season of creativity is here! Our Annual Winter Holiday Coloring Contest is back, and we can't wait to see what our youngest residents create this year. Pull out the crayons, colored pencils, and markers, and let your little ones bring their holiday imagination to life. 🎨✨
Every year, this contest is one of our favorite traditions. The 1st place entry earns a spot on Simpson's official Corporate Holiday Greeting Card, sent to employees nationwide, plus a feature in our resident holiday email. And yes, all three winners walk away with a gift card too!
There's something special about watching kids light up when they turn in their masterpieces. Read on for everything your family needs to know to join in this year.
CONTEST DETAILS*
- Open to children ages 11 and under.
- Artwork must be an original creation. Tracing, templates, or copying existing artwork isn't permitted.
- Entries should reflect a winter holiday theme, think December magic! Need ideas? We've got a list below to get those creative wheels turning.
- Our top pick will be featured on Simpson's Corporate Holiday Greeting Card and shared in our resident holiday email.

1st Place: $300 gift card
2nd Place: $200 gift card
3rd Place: $100 gift card
KEY DATES
- The contest kicks off Thursday, September 10th. Stop by your community's leasing office for an entry form and official rules.
- Submit your artwork by Wednesday, October 14th, at your leasing office.
- Winners will be announced on or around Thursday, October 23rd.
