Simpson is excited to announce the winners of this year's coloring contest…
Each year, Simpson holds a Holiday Coloring Contest for our younger residents to kick off the holiday season. Entry forms were available at our leasing offices for children 11 years old or younger who live at a Simpson Housing community. It’s a joy to see them get into the holiday spirit and to see the excitement they have when submitting their entries. We received 46 entries this year and the three submissions pictured above stood out.
Congratulations to Sophia at Avion on Legacy in Scottsdale, AZ for winning first place!
Sophia received a $300 gift card for their winning submission which is pictured above. It will also be featured on the Simpson holiday card that is given out to our employees all over the country.
Second place went to Austin at The Sanctuary at Tallyn’s Reach in Aurora, CO and third place was awarded to Luyan from Montelena in Grapevine, TX.
We enjoyed all the submissions we received this year and would like to wish all our residents and all our blog readers Happy Holidays and a prosperous New Year!
