Our amazing residents made this year’s REACT online survey another success. The survey officially closed yesterday, and we wanted to take a moment to send our sincere appreciation to all our residents.
What is the REACT survey?
This is a resident satisfaction survey with the goal of gathering feedback from our residents as well as learning what works well and where we can improve. The survey is completely confidential and is conducted by the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm, CEL & Associates, Inc.
This was the third year the survey was conducted online, and we received fantastic response rates. As a thank you, Simpson will be holding a national drawing which gives participants a chance to win up to 1-month free rent!*
When will the winners be announced?
REACT just concluded so CEL & Associates, Inc. has yet to draw names of the winners. Once winners are drawn, Simpson will contact each winner before making an official announcement. Be sure to check back here to see who our winners are!

We recognize that our residents have a choice in apartment living, and we are thrilled that Simpson Housing communities are chosen as the place our residents call home. We strive to achieve and exceed our resident’s expectations and the REACT survey is a way to determine whether we are meeting that goal.

*Employees of CEL & Associates, Inc. and of Simpson Housing LLLP are not eligible to participate in the drawing. Free rent is only applicable to the actual month rent and does not apply to additional monthly charges (pet rent, etc.). Winners must maintain residency to receive prizes.
