This week we want to celebrate all the great work our onsite teams have done this year. Today, July 18th, marks the third annual Apartment Onsite Teams Day. This date has been set by the National Apartment Association alongside multifamily leaders as a way of thanking industry workers for their dedication shown this year. Simpson has been celebrating its onsite team members throughout this week with lunches, treats, shout outs and swag.

"This morning Mike cleaned our drains, replaced light bulbs and fixed a cabinet door efficiently and faster than the speed of light! He was also friendly, courteous, professional and went the extra mile. So, we wanted to say thank you and let his supervisor know that he did a great job and we appreciate it."

"Juan went above and beyond for a Mira Bella resident today that was recently diagnosed with cancer and was struggling to bring her groceries to her apartment. Juan immediately offered to help by providing the resident with water and a chair to rest as well as assisting her with the groceries. Way to go Juan! You are a prime example of our core value "RESPECT". Keep up the great work!"
Luis and Herman, The Reserve at Tysons Corner
"I'm emailing today to let you know about two other staff members that are just delightful and absolutely worth mentioning. These two employees are Luis and Herman. For Luis - whenever I'm here for my son when he has a maintenance request - I always know that Luis will be here the next day by 10 am with a smile ready to fix anything. He's very knowledgeable and always willing to share his knowledge to help you out. I appreciate his assistance! And Herman is so very helpful and kind. He goes out of his way to help whenever he sees anyone needing assistance and he always helps with a smile and makes sure that any issue my son has is resolved immediately and we appreciate him! Thanks again for hiring such great staff!!"
