The National Apartment Association has declared April 19th as 2023’s Onsite Teams Appreciation Day, and Simpson is excited to honor all our onsite teams. This year marks the fourth annual Apartment Onsite Teams Day which is a day dedicated to recognizing the diligent efforts of onsite teams working in the apartment home industry.
These teams are responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of apartment home communities, ensuring that residents have a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. They are the unsung heroes of the industry, and this day serves as a reminder to show appreciation for all that they do. From maintenance to leasing, onsite teams are the backbone of the industry, and their hard work and dedication should never go unnoticed.
Simpson is celebrating its onsite teams with lunches, treats, shout outs and swag. On this day, and every day, we thank all our on-site teams for their commitment to Simpson’s Core Value of Service!
