We offer 6-12 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.

We have electric vehicle charging stations located in the parking garage for resident use. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.

We offer storage units for $50-$175/month and bike storage for $5/month.

Proof of current income is required. The following may be used: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
