Larry helped with so much my family really appreciates all the hard work and dedication he has for the tenets. Very beautiful apartment and lovely location I was helped and answered from day one.

Living here honestly feels like being part of one big home where everyone truly cares about you. The way you look after the residents is just incredible — from the kindness to the attention to detail. And those occasional breakfasts, lunches, and dinners you organize? They’re something else! Everything is so fresh, healthy, and delicious. I just want to say a huge thank you — it’s pure comfort knowing that even if everything else in life went wrong, I’d never go hungry in this building. Thank you for taking such amazing care of us and keeping everything at a level that’s truly unmatched anywhere else.✨✨✨✨ You guys are doing such an incredible job! The way you take care of every detail and treat residents with care is just next level. Everything feels safe, clean, and truly premium. So grateful to live here! This building honestly feels like one big home where everyone takes care of you. The food events — breakfasts, lunches, dinners — are always so good, healthy, and made with love. Thank you for always going above and beyond for us. I’m 100% sure of one thing: I’ll never be hungry living here! 😄💛

The events you organize, the way you celebrate, the thought and care you put into everything—it’s amazing. Even after a long and tiring workday, these little moments truly warm the heart. Courteous Customer Service I toured the community and was met with the most courteous, professional and thoughtful staff! The assistant manager was attentive to current residents while maintaining responsiveness to all of my questions. It was helpful to learn all of the various ways residents make use of the amenities and communal spaces and how some have designated areas in their homes for decor and functionality. It’s clear that security and service are priorities in this building. Sarah was more than gracious and long-time residents (e.g. 6-12 years) I interacted with had nothing but positive feedback regarding the responsiveness of maintenance and management (which I observed first hand during my tour). Such a clean and safe environment that delivered on what is advertised on their website. If you like what you see online, you’ll be all the more impressed by an in-person look! As a mature, professional who works downtown, I am looking forward to a shorter commute and more time to spend enjoying my home and new neighborhood. 5 stars

I've lived here for five years and recently changed units (thank you Larry!). This building has a strong sense of community and excellent management team, maintenance staff and security. Truly wonderful people - I feel safe and cared for.
