I've lived here for five years and recently changed units (thank you Larry!). This building has a strong sense of community and excellent management team, maintenance staff and security. Truly wonderful people - I feel safe and cared for.

My husband and I have lived here for over 5 years! Love the location, near all the best eats in LA. Plus I love the staff, they’re always available and open to listen to our concerns and take care of maintenance within 24 hrs. This community is a little gem in the heart of DTLA ❤️
