I lived here for almost 3 years and honestly, I'm so sad to have left though the area is in a rough state- this building is wonderfully maintained and full of some of the best people I've come across in downtown The staff at the property always made me feel heard seen and taken care of, as well as safe as a female living alone in Dtla Carlos, the security guard is always taking his job so serious and I respect that a lot and the way he protects the property and residents. Vincent and other maintenance is absolutely wonderful and it's the only time I've ever trusted anyone to go into my apartment without me being home. I've lived at so many high-rises and never felt safe letting any of the staff in my place unattended, I even feel that way at my new place! I never felt this at the Brockman and anyone who came into my unit did everything properly and with care. But the biggest thank you to Mike who really makes a resident feel welcomed from the beginning to the end and always took any of my needs or concerns so serious and handled things in such a professional manner. Brockman was the best experience I ever had as a renter in Los Angeles and if I could pick this building up and put it down in a better area, I would stay forever!

I've been a tenant at Brockman Lofts for a year and a half, and it's been an amazing experience. The entire staff, from valet, security, maintenance, and management, have left a lasting impression on me. They are a WONDERFUL and POSITIVE team. Michael and Mike's have both consistently executed high-level communication and professionalism. They are the management team ever! I love calling this place home!

I’ve been living in the Brockman lofts since September 2024. I’ve been living downtown for about 10 year and this is the best experience living wise I’ve had downtown. Mike McKenna has been great since the first tour day until present. Very pleasant and good energy whenever I see him. He’s the reason I moved into these lofts. The lobby is always clean and maintenance has never been an issue. Also I feel very safe with doorman operations. But thanks to Mike because if he didn’t reach back out for my tour I wouldn’t be living here.
