We offer 4-15 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.
We offer full valet parking in the lower level of the building. Parking is available at $250/vehicle/month. Residents are able to request the vehicle via an app prior to coming down to the garage so that the vehicle is waiting for them when they enter the garage. Subject to availability.
The Brockman Lofts offers electric vehicle charging stations located in the parking garage for resident use. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.
Proof of current income is required. We use advanced software to screen all financial documents for validity. The following may be used for proof of income: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
