We are truly thrilled to announce four of our communities have been named among Online Reputation Assessment’s (ORA) Elite 1% for 2022! According to the J Turner Research website, this honor is based on individual ORA® scores for best online reputation in the nation.
The winning communities had to have a minimum ORA Score of 94 and have at least 20 online reviews to be included. Service is one of Simpson's Core Values and this award is a testament to how seriously our communities take customer service for both our prospects and our residents. Briley Apartments | ORA Score 96
Briley Apartments in Matthews, North Carolina offers luxury studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Residents enjoy premium amenities like a 24-hour fitness center, yoga/spin studio, sauna, clubhouse, outdoor kitchen, bike storage and maintenance station, direct-to-door package delivery, electric vehicle chargers and dog park.
The Encore SouthPark | ORA Score 95
The Encore SouthPark features new one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina. With rooftop views of Uptown and everything you need for upscale living like the on-site Zen garden, relaxation massage room, sauna and steam room. And residents’ pets have their own sanctuary at the on-site pet spa. Residents also enjoy a rooftop lounge and clubroom, clubhouse, wine refrigerators, large windows with solar shades and quartz countertops.
Artisan Station | ORA Score 94
This Suwanee, Georgia community boasts spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Artisan Station’s apartment homes feature large windows for plenty of sunlight, private patios / balconies and washers and dryers. Residents can grab a cup of coffee and work from home in the Wi-Fi lounge or relax at the resort-style pool and poolside lounge. The community also features a pet wash and bark park for our four-legged residents.
Silos South End | ORA Score 94
More like a resort than apartments, Silos South End's amenities include a premium health club, multiple outdoor lounges, private screening room, pet spa and dog park. These studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes include 5-star touches like granite countertops, kitchen islands, USB charging ports and 10' ceilings that allow for large windows to provide ample sunlight.
