From all of us at Simpson Housing, we want to thank our residents for another successful REACT survey. Read on for the results of the 2022 REACT survey and the 2022 REACT drawing winners!
Thank you to all our residents who made the online REACT survey successful for yet another year. Simpson has participated in this annual resident satisfaction survey, conducted by CEL & Associates, Inc., for over 19 years. With a 51.0% response rate, Simpson looks forward to reviewing the feedback from our residents.
There were 18,987 REACT surveys distributed and 9,679 of them were completed. We value each one of our residents’ responses and truly appreciate the time it takes them to fill out this important survey. As a thank you, Simpson held a nationwide drawing for 6 prizes including up to 1-month free rent and $1,000 rent credit*. The 3rd party survey vendor, CEL & Associates, Inc. drew the winners’ names from those who submitted a survey and entered the drawing.
We recognize that our residents have a choice in apartment living, and we are thrilled that Simpson Housing communities are chosen as the place our residents call home. And we are truly excited to announce the 2022 REACT drawing winners below – congratulations to this year’s winners!

*Employees of CEL & Associates, Inc. and of Simpson Housing LLLP are not eligible to participate in the drawing. Free rent is only applicable to the actual month rent and does not apply to additional monthly charges (pet rent, etc.). Winners must maintain residency to receive prizes.
