We are excited to announce the winners of the 2024 resident holiday coloring contest! Starting with our grand prize winner, congratulations to Amina at Promenade Park in Charlotte, NC! Amina's whimsical red holiday house (pictured below) won them a $300 gift card. It will also be featured on the Simpson holiday card that is given out to our employees all over the country.
Our second-place winner is Hassan at Malden Square Apartments in Malden, MA. Their drawing of a wintery Malden neighborhood won them a $200 gift card. And finally, Sai at The Ranch Apartments in Austin, TX took home 3rd place and a $100 gift card for their creative drawing of Santa flying over The Ranch community.

- What is your favorite part about coloring / art? My favorite part of art is creativity.
- Do you have a favorite winter activity? Snowball Fight
- Do you have a favorite holiday tradition? My favorite tradition is decorating Christmas cookies
- What is your favorite holiday show/movie? The Grinch
- If you had three wishes, what would they be? My first wish would be to visit my relatives, my second wish would be going to the mountains, and my third wish would be to learn Russian and Korean.
- What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be a pediatrician when I grow up.
Hassan | 11 years old
Community: Malden Square Apartments
- What is your favorite part about coloring / art? My favorite part about coloring is picking out all the colors and making things look fun! I love blending colors to make new ones and trying to stay in the lines.
- Do you have a favorite winter activity? Yes! My favorite winter activity would be building snowmen and having snowball fights!
- Do you have a favorite holiday tradition? My favorite Christmas tradition is decorating the tree! I love hanging up all the ornaments and putting lights all around.
- What is your favorite holiday show/movie? My favorite holiday movie would have to be Home Alone! It’s so funny watching Kevin set up all those traps, and it has a lot of fun Christmas scenes.
- If you had three wishes, what would they be? 1-I wish to have a cat. 2-I wish to visit every state in the United States. 3-I wish to meet my favorite player, Lionel Messi.
- What do you want to be when you grow up? When I grow up, I want to be a soccer player because I love playing the game and being on the field!

- What is your favorite part about coloring / art? Choosing colors for my favorite characters.
- What do you want to be when you grow up? Right now, I want to be a swim trainer, so that I can spend all day by the pool.
