From all of us at Simpson Housing, we want to thank our residents for another very successful REACT survey. We’re excited to announce the survey results and our drawing winners!

We’re beyond grateful for this year’s results and sincerely thank all our residents who made the annual REACT resident satisfaction survey so successful. Simpson has participated in the REACT survey, conducted by CEL & Associates, Inc., for over 20 years. With another record-breaking response rate of 52.5%, Simpson looks forward to reviewing all feedback from our residents.

There were 20,528 REACT surveys distributed and 10,772 of them were completed. We value each one of our residents’ responses and truly appreciate the time it takes to fill out this important survey. As a thank you, Simpson held a nationwide drawing for 6 prizes including up to 1-month free rent and a $1,000 rent credit*. The 3rd party survey vendor, CEL & Associates, Inc. drew the winners’ names from those who submitted a survey and entered the drawing.

We recognize that our residents have a choice in apartment living, and we are thrilled that Simpson Housing communities are chosen as the place our residents call home. Simpson Housing has the right to forfeit entries if a change in management occurs during the survey period.
