Simpson Housing is proud to share that we have once again been recognized with the CEL & Associates A-List Award for Excellence in Customer Service, marking our 23rd consecutive year receiving this industry distinction in 2025.

This milestone reflects the dedication our teams bring to their communities every day. From maintenance professionals to leasing teams and community managers, their commitment to creating exceptional living experiences continues to shine through in the feedback we receive from residents.

What is the REACT Survey and CEL A-List Award?

The A-List Award is presented annually by CEL & Associates, Inc., an independent consulting firm that benchmarks customer service performance across the multifamily industry. Companies that meet or exceed CEL’s rigorous standards for resident satisfaction are recognized as best-in-industry for service excellence.

The award is determined through CEL’s resident survey process. At Simpson Housing, we call this survey REACT, because the feedback we receive helps us respond, improve, and continually elevate the resident experience.

In 2025, CEL distributed 20,506 surveys to residents across Simpson communities, and 9,694 responses were received—an incredible 47.3% response rate.

Based on those responses, Simpson achieved the following scores:

• Overall Satisfaction Score: 87.7 (Outstanding)

• Property Satisfaction Score: 84.3 (Very Good)

• Service Satisfaction Score: 89.4 (Outstanding)

These scores highlight the strong relationships our teams build with residents and the consistently high level of service delivered across our portfolio.

Celebrating Our Communities

Our community teams are truly the heart of this recognition. Out of the 70 communities that participated in the survey:

• 15 communities earned Platinum A-List recognition

• 48 communities achieved A-List status

Together, these communities represent more than two-thirds of our portfolio, demonstrating the widespread commitment to service excellence across Simpson Housing. Below is the full list of our communities who were awarded.
