Released annually by J Turner Research, the Elite ORA® Power Ranking highlights the top-performing conventional apartment communities across the country based on their Online Reputation Assessment (ORA®) scores.
Now in its 12th year and published in partnership with Multi-Housing Executive (MFE), the ranking evaluates more than 150,000 properties nationwide across major review sites and ILS platforms. Being named to the Elite 1% reflects outstanding resident satisfaction, strong online engagement, and a sustained commitment to delivering exceptional service.

To qualify for the Elite 1% ranking, communities must:
