📝What is the REACT survey? 

The REACT survey is a confidential questionnaire conducted by CEL & Associates, Inc., a nationally recognized real estate consulting firm. Simpson coined the survey “REACT” to reflect our ongoing mission to listen, learn, and grow from resident feedback.

Through this survey, we aim to understand what we’re doing well and where we have opportunities to improve. Last year, our residents helped us reach a record-breaking 52% response rate—and we’re hoping to beat that in 2025!

Every apartment home receives one unique survey link sent to the primary resident’s email on file. Responses are completely confidential and play a crucial role in how we enhance your living experience.

As a token of appreciation, Simpson is holding a drawing for participating residents who choose to enter after completing their survey. 🎉 This year’s grand prize? *Up to 1-month of free rent!

📣 When will residents receive the REACT resident survey?

CEL & Associates, Inc. will email the survey to the primary resident on file with the leasing office. Weekly reminders will be emailed to residents until the survey is completed.

If you don’t receive your survey link:

• Check your spam/junk folder - the email will come from [email protected]. 

• Check with household members in case it was sent to them

• Contact your leasing office for support
