Thirteen Simpson communities have been named winners of the Ellis 2018 Customer Experience Best in Class Award for Resident Surveys. This prestigious award was started in 2014 and is presented to the top 10% of apartment communities based on results of five different resident surveys across the span of the leasing process – lead conversion, move-in, maintenance, pre-renewal, and move-out.
Simpson communities utilize these five touch point surveys to regularly check in with residents to collect feedback that helps us enhance our communities and customer service. Since 2014, Ellis has surveyed residents of almost 4,000 apartment communities and the Simpson communities listed below rank among the best in class based on the results of these surveys.
A total of 122 properties earned the 2018 Ellis Customer Experience Best in Class Award for Resident Surveys based on their outstanding performance; with the highest loyalty scores (91%) and response rates (responding to residents 94% of the time). These properties also responded to residents more than 1.5 days faster than other properties resulting in a 14% higher likelihood to renew.
