There were 21,551 REACT surveys distributed and 10,136 of them were completed. We value each one of our residents’ responses and truly appreciate the time it takes to fill out this important survey. As a thank you, Simpson held a nationwide drawing for 6 prizes including up to 1-month free rent or 50,000 Bilt points*. The 3rd party survey vendor, CEL & Associates, Inc. drew the winners’ names from those who submitted a survey and entered the drawing - and this year's winners are list below.

Simpson Housing has the right to forfeit entries if a change in management occurs during the survey period.
